A successful round of regional meetings

We have just completed a successful and hectic round of spring Regional Meetings, which were crammed with updates, announcements and new targets to ensure the continuing success of the etyres brand.

Almost 50 branches took part in the events held at venues in Swindon, Gatwick, Keele, Leeds and Cambridge and enjoyed an excellent attendance of more than 90 per cent of our nationwide network.

We covered key issues concerning our mobile tyre fitting business, including new IT initiatives and continued network growth.

Richard Allin, etyres Sales and Marketing Manager, commented: “We are really pleased to have help one of the most successful and productive series of meetings in recent years for etyres. During the national events, a number of exciting developments in Head Office were presented to our Franchise Owners and produced great feedback.

“The aim of these meetings, as always, is to keep an effective and productive channel of communication open between Head Office and all our Franchise Owners, which allows us all to keep moving forward with shared ambitions and goals.”

etyres Managing Director Tony Bowman opened the meetings with a review of 2015 performance and targets for 2016, while Sales Manager Alex Hinton reported on the head office sales team exceeding their KPIs for 2015.

Our new Head of IT, Oliver Hall, presented plans to implement new systems in 2016 to increase and streamline sales and Richard reviewed the success of activities to increase sales through national and local marketing and introduced new marketing campaigns for the year.

The Operations and Network Sales team updated the network with news on supplier relations, training opportunities and developing local sales and each event was rounded off with an open forum Q & A session to cover hot topics within the network.

The bi-annual regional meetings are just one of the initiatives etyres employs to build a strong bond between the Head Office team and all our Franchise Owners in order to encourage joint participation in developing new initiatives and expanding schemes to increase sales and boost brand awareness.

Richard added: “This kind of event is one of the major advantages of being part of a well-run, ethical franchise. It is important we work together to support our network, develop a sense of camaraderie and continue to grow the business.”
