Our final network newsletter of 2016 was full of news and updates, looking back over the past year and forward to the new initiatives and plans we have to implement in 2017.
Tony Bowman, etyres Managing Director, wrote in the Quarter 3 issue of etyres News: “As the Christmas break looms, this is good time to cast a last look back on 2016 and then look forward to the New Year and the exciting opportunities ahead.”
Outlining some plans for the coming weeks and months, he added: “Our ace card is the entrepreneurial spirit of our business and the can-do attitude of our Franchise Owners. So let’s all make sure that 2017 is more profitable and give an even better service to our customers.
With comprehensive reports from members of our Senior Management Team (SMT), including finance, marketing, sales and operations, we were able to focus on the activities of 2016 and look forward to setting out the goals we have set ourselves for 2017.
Our quarterly newsletter also contained news from our branch owners, along with plenty of tips and visual images to make it an enjoyable read.
The network newsletter is just one of the channels we use to keep an ongoing dialogue with our Franchise Owners. We also arrange regular regional meetings, which always enjoy a strong turnout from our branches around the UK. Plus we organise branch reviews to help keep our Franchise Owners on track as they strive to develop and expand their branches.
We aim to achieve a strong bond between our Head Office team and our Franchise Owners in order to encourage joint participation in developing new initiatives and expanding schemes to increase sales and boost brand awareness.
