Jeremy knows the business inside out and now taking on this important mantle, he is striving to improve all aspects, including growing sales, improving operating systems and offering support across our nationwide network.
After running etyres Newcastle for five years, Jeremy is perfectly placed to offer Franchise Owners advice based on experience and knowledge gained from working in the mobile tyre fitting industry.
His aims are to ensure the entire network works as a team, sharing values and practices which set us apart from our competitors to not only boost sales, but also achieve outstanding customer loyalty.
Jeremy is constantly communicating with our Franchise Owners, not just offering advice and support with the day to day running of their branches, but also encouraging them to share tips across the network.
“This channel of communication is important,” Jeremy stresses, “it allows us to work as a team, pool knowledge and share ideas on everything from marketing to a specific heads-up for working on a particular model of vehicle – all of which will strengthen each individual branch.
