Keeping in touch with our network is vitally important to us here at etyres and April saw us do it in two ways – a real belt and braces approach!
First came a hectic round of spring Regional Meetings, where our Head Office team were out in force at five locations across the country to share news of important updates, initiatives and developments.
One of the highlights was being able to single one branch at each meeting with an award for Business Evolution or Customer Service, in cases where the Franchise Owners have really excelled over the recent months (Photo: Tony and Luke, etyres Middlesbrough, presented with Northern Region Award for Business Evolution by etyres managing director, Tony Bowman).
With lively discussions and the chance for branches to share examples of ‘best practice’ with each other, these occasions are always extremely well attended and provide a everyone with an opportunity to develop their own business strategies.
The meetings were quickly followed by the release of our quarterly newsletter, etyres Network News. Again, the aim is to keep our network linked in with what is going on across the UK. We use it to introduce the new Franchise Owners who have come onboard, provide updates from our Senior Management Team in all aspects of running the business, including sales and operations, marketing and accounts.
The newsletter also allows us to share information about how branches are performing, which in turn encourages Franchise Owners to assess their own individual progress and achievements.
These are just two of the ways we strive to achieve a strong bond between our Head Office team and our Franchise Owners in order to encourage joint participation in developing new initiatives and expanding schemes to increase sales and boost brand awareness.
