We would like to extend a warm welcome to Ted Sobolewski as he launches his new etyres Carlisle branch this week.
After a comprehensive training programme, Ted is looking forward to hitting the ground running as the harsh winter weather increases demand for new tyres from customers who want to stay safe on the roads in treacherous conditions.
Ted, a former process technician, joined etyres after deciding he wanted a more challenging career and the chance to run his own business again.
He explained: “When I lived in Poland I had a transport company and so I am used to being around vehicles and changing tyres – although not with the sort of sophisticated technology I have with etyres – and so I knew I would feel happy in this business.
For me the attraction of an etyres Franchise was the high standard of the on-going support it offered in all the areas of running the business, like IT and marketing.
I know that whenever I have a question or problem I just have to turn to the Head Office and the help will be there. That is very important to me, because it gives me confidence moving forward.
Although I am running my own business I know that I am not completely on my own, plus the Head Office will also be generating orders from the website and the call centre, so I will be earning money while I work to built my business at a local level.”
