What’s provided with an etyres franchise?

An etyres franchise offers an intensive training programme along with on-going support from our Head Office team which consists of a highly trained sales and customer service team, finance, marketing, IT support and business development. The Franchise Recruitment Team are on hand to help guide you through the process, including bank funding and sourcing a van if needed, they will work with you to get you on the road and trading as soon as possible.

The etyres Franchise Owner training programme has been designed to fully prepare you for operating and running your own etyres franchise and condenses a wealth of knowledge etyres has gained over the past 20 years.

The first part of the etyres Franchise Owner training course is spent working alongside a local branch. You will be guided through the day-day activities of running your business from an operational level. This training requires no previous knowledge of tyre fitting as you will be taught all you need to know until you feel confident in performing this part of the business.
Next is the Business Development training at etyres Head Office where you will benefit from skills and knowledge from all Head Office departments. You will learn sales techniques, marketing, IT, database management and finance. In your training we will work with you to create a business development plan so you can set achievable targets and key performance indicators for you to track your progress.

After the Business Development Training is completed you are ready to open your branch. Jobs will be sent through via our national sales team and e-commerce site. During your first few days our Franchise Network Sales Manager will be with you to give you a helping hand getting to grips with your territory.

It doesn’t end there. Alongside the in-house and on-location training provided, all new etyres Franchise Owners attend an external course to gain an industry recognised accredited qualification. After successfully completing an exam at the end of this course, etyres Franchise Owners receive an IMI Quality Approved Award in High Performance Light Vehicle Tyre Fitting. This will provide you with knowledge of health and safety legislation, vehicle construction run-flat tyre technology, tyre repair along with many other topics.
